We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. Faith Defines Us gladly accepts returns of unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase.
Once the order is received and inspected by Faith Defines Us, we will process the refund. Returns are processed the same day the order is received. Please note that a flat fee for return shipping in the amount of $5.00 will be deducted from your final refund.
Items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Please contact a Faith Defines Us team member at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will be happy to process an exchange for you. Once the package is received and inspected by Faith Defines Us, we then process the exchange and ship out the new product within 24 hours.
